The sun is shining, temperatures are rising, which means summer is coming. It is the natural trend to eat lighter during the summer, and you can easily do it without feeling deprived. For the person who likes Chinese Food, eating Chinese Food on a diet can be a walk through minefield. However, it is definitely possible to choose diet-friendly Chinese Food at China Spice.
